A hamsters body
Eyes - All hamsters have poor eyesight, they are close sighted so they cannot see long distances. This explains why they seem to stand on two feet and stare often.Nose - A hamsters nose is one of the animals strongest sense it relies on its sense of smell to find food, water, recognize other hamsters, and people as well.
Cheek pouches - A hamster has big cheek pouches it uses to store food, transport food and move nesting material from one location to another. The cheek pouches are very useful and cut down the a lot of time for a hamster. Often they will hold food in their mouth for hrs sometimes.
Body - The body of a hamster is round and short however in one species, the dwarf Chinese hamster, there is an exception their bodies are long and fairly thin.
Front feet - A hamster uses its front feet to hold food, climb around and grasp onto objects.
Back feet - A hamsters back feet are fairly strong and are used for digging and running around quickly.
Fur and Skin - A hamsters skin is very loose and is coated by a layers of fur.
